Jean-Louis Delvaux

Non-Executive Director

Jean-Louis Delvaux began his career at the World Bank in Washington in 1970, serving as
an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, a position he held for five
years.

In 1975, he entered the nascent private equity sector in Paris, first as an investor with
Groupe IDI (1975–1980), then as the founder and Administrative Director of the “Institut de
Développement des Industries Agricoles et Alimentaires”, an investment fund dedicated to
the agri-food industry.

He joined Natixis Private Equity in 1990 and held numerous senior roles until 2010,
managing funds across Europe, China, India, Brazil, and the United States, where he played
a key role in launching local operations. His titles included Executive Vice President for
International Affairs, Deputy CEO in charge of International Development, and Chairman of
both the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of Natexis Private Equity International.

Jean-Louis Delvaux also served on the boards of the European Private Equity & Venture
Group Association and France Invest (formerly the French Private Equity Association).

Among his other professional experiences, he was Secretary General of Financière Saint
Dominique (1990–1995) and Executive Director at Compagnie Financière Jean-Paul Elkan
(1996–1999).

He is a graduate of HEC Paris and holds an MBA from Columbia University.

François Henrot

Non-Executive Director

Born in 1949, François Henrot holds a degree in Economics and is a graduate of the Institut
d’Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). He is also an alumnus of the École Nationale
d’Administration (ENA) and Stanford University.

With more than 36 years of experience in the real estate sector, he has held senior
leadership roles within the Rothschild Group, including Chairman of the Investment Bank and
Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rothschild & Co, where he served as a board
member and, until 2020, as a censor.

He currently serves as Lead Independent Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Rexel, one of the world’s leading distributors of electrical supplies. He is also
Chairman of the Board of COPEBA, a Belgian private investment firm.

His career has spanned both the public and private sectors. He began at the French Conseil
d’État and the Directorate-General of Telecommunications, before moving to the Compagnie
Bancaire and Paribas. For the past two decades, he has been with the Rothschild Group.

He is co-author of several books, including Le Banquier et le Philosophe, a reflection on the
2007–2008 financial crisis.

Olivier Piani

Non-Executive Director

Olivier Piani is the Founder and President of “OP Conseils”, a consulting firm specializing in
real estate and finance, established in 2016. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to several
leading European private equity firms, as well as to a U.S.-based value-added real estate
fund manager.

From 2008 to 2015, he was Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Real Estate, the real estate
investment platform of Allianz Group, which he successfully restructured. Under his
leadership, the group’s real estate assets grew to €40 billion globally.

Between 1998 and 2008, he led the creation of GE Capital Real Estate’s pan-European
platform, overseeing more than 500 employees across seven countries. The company
reported over $900 million in profit in 2007.

Before joining GE, he served as CEO of UIC-Sofal, a real estate-specialized bank. He
successfully restructured and sold the company in 1998 to a consortium including Goldman
Sachs and GE.

Earlier in his career, from 1982 to 1995, he held several senior positions within Groupe
Paribas in Paris, New York, and London.

Karim Beqqali

Chairman

With over 18 years of experience in real estate, Karim Beqqali began his career in
investment at Nexity in Madrid, then joined CBRE, where he held several roles across
multiple geographies. He first worked with CBRE London (City Investment Desk), then with
CBRE Dubai during the launch of its Middle East operations, and later with CBRE Madrid.

In 2006, he established the CBRE office in Casablanca, covering the North African region,
and became its Managing Director. He also served on the Management Boards of both
CBRE MENA (Middle East & North Africa) and CBRE Spain.

Under his leadership, CBRE Casablanca grew from 2 to 38 professionals in just seven years,
becoming the market leader in the region.

He later became CEO of Ynexis Group and its subsidiaries.

Karim Beqqali is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and completed his preparatory
classes at Sainte-Geneviève (Versailles). He is also an alumnus of the “High Potentials
Leadership Program” at Harvard Business School. He is fluent in French, English, Arabic,
and Spanish.

Franck Coudert

Partner and Co-Head of Investment Management & Hospitality

With over 22 years of experience in investment operations and asset management,
particularly in the real estate sector. Franck Coudert joined Ynexis Group in 2021.

As Co-Head of Investment Management, he co-leads the division and oversees all
investment and development initiatives carried out on behalf of Ynexis Group's clients.

Franck began his career in Paris as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A departments of Ashurst
and Reed Smith, later becoming a partner at Clifford Chance and DLA Piper in Casablanca.

Over the course of his career, he has advised numerous investment funds, financial
institutions, and companies in their investment transactions. He notably supported Ynexis
Group in all its strategic operations over the past five years. He also has significant expertise
in fund structuring and the setup of investment vehicles.

Franck Coudert is a graduate of the London School of Economics (Real Estate Economics
and Finance), Georgetown University (LL.M.), Université Panthéon-Sorbonne (DEA in
Business Law), and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master’s in Business and Tax Law).

He has been admitted to the Paris and New York bars. He is fluent in English and French.

Hicham Lazraq

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Hicham Lazraq has 18 years of experience in finance, investment, and real estate asset
management.

Before joining Ynexis Group, he spent five years at CBRE Global Investors in Paris, where
he managed the financial portfolio of two pan-European value-add funds, with assets located
in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, and the Netherlands. He was responsible for
setting up and monitoring investment strategies, investor relations, performance
management, and bank debt oversight.

He began his career at PwC in Paris, where he spent two years in Corporate Finance
followed by three years in the Real Estate Transaction Services team. There, he advised
both French and international investors on the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios.

Hicham Lazraq is a graduate of HEC Paris and completed preparatory studies at SainteGeneviève (Versailles). He also holds a DESS in Business Law and Taxation (Université
Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne) and the DESCF (Advanced Diploma in Accounting and
Financial Studies). He is fluent in French, English, Arabic, and Spanish.

Zineb Masrour

Partner and Co-Head of Investment Management & Hospitality

Zineb Masrour has 12 years of experience in real estate and 5 years in investment banking
(Corporate Finance). She joined Ynexis Group in 2013.

As Co-Head of Investment Management, she co-leads the division and oversees all
investment and development initiatives for Ynexis Group’s clients.

Zineb began her career in Paris in the M&A departments of Crédit Agricole and Compagnie
Financière Edmond de Rothschild, before joining CFG Group in Casablanca where she
worked for nearly four years in the Corporate Finance division.

In 2010, she joined CBRE in Casablanca, where she headed the Investment and Capital
Markets departments.

Throughout her career, Zineb has led numerous complex advisory assignments, including
acquisitions, financial and legal structuring of various real estate projects, equity fundraising
via private placements, and the securing of bank financing.

Karima Zaouia

Managing Director – Yamed

With 15 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Karima
Zaouia joined Ynexis Group in 2015, where she leads the Property Development division and
oversees all real estate development projects managed by the group.

Previously, she spent nearly five years at Unibail-Rodamco in Paris (Europe’s leading
commercial real estate company) as Investment Director. She managed a portfolio of office
and hotel assets worth approximately €1 billion across France and the Netherlands. She was
involved in every phase of asset management, from acquisition and development through to
sale. She was responsible for optimizing financial performance, leading restructuring
projects, managing disposals, negotiating leases, SPAs, and LOIs with both tenants
(including CAC 40 companies) and investors, and sourcing acquisition opportunities.

She then joined Allianz Real Estate in Paris as Senior Asset Manager, overseeing a portfolio
of office, retail, and residential assets on behalf of Allianz insurance companies, and led a
team of four.

Karima Zaouia is a graduate of École Centrale Paris and holds a Bachelor's degree in
Applied Economics from Paris IX Dauphine University. She is fluent in French, English, and
Arabic.

Vincent Pavanello

Strategic Advisor

Vincent Pavanello co-founded Real Estech in 2016, an association that brings together 300
real estate startups across Europe.

In 2017, he published “L’Immobilier demain”, the first book dedicated to the impact of digital
technology on the real estate and construction sectors. In 2019, he served as rapporteur for
a French government mission on accelerating innovation in housing, commissioned by Julien
Denormandie, then Minister of Housing.

He teaches at Sciences Po Paris and has spoken at more than 100 conferences worldwide.

After graduating from ESCP Europe, he began his career in a Paris-based family office
specializing in real estate investment across Europe. He now heads ReT Conseil, advising a
dozen real estate executives in France, Switzerland, Morocco, and Canada. He is also a
Venture Partner in a venture capital fund managed by LBO France.

Gilbert Plumerel

Strategic Advisor

With over 30 years of experience in real estate development, Gilbert Plumerel joined Yamed
Construction in 2013 as Technical Director after leading the technical division of Cogedim—
one of France’s top real estate developers—for 29 years.

Throughout his career, he has overseen the delivery of numerous landmark buildings for
both French and international institutional investors, including Tour First (AXA Beacon
Capital Partner), Opus 12 (AXA), the Canal+ headquarters, the Cartier Foundation, Place du
Marché Saint-Honoré (Paribas), and the Groupama headquarters.
