Our Story

Building the future with high standards

Ynexis Group was founded in 2013 (under the name Yamed) by Karim Beqqali and the late
Arnaud de Ménibus, who together contributed to the development of the Moroccan real
estate market. Supported by Yam Invest, a recognized European investment company, they created a solid group combining expertise and vision.

Since its creation, Ynexis Group has established itself as an independent investor-operator, acting on its own behalf and on behalf of leading private and institutional investors.

Since its inception, Ynexis Group has evolved to adapt to changes in the sector, becoming
an integrated model with expertise in Investment Management, Property Development, and
Hospitality. Today, the group continues to innovate and actively contributes to Morocco’s
economic and urban growth, anticipating tomorrow’s needs.
